Paul, yes I wanted to write AVA. The other stock was PM. I still wonder why utilities all of a sudden had such a weak day. BRKB is also weak recently.

I also noticed that I picked up some more AWK for 17.11$ in my other account. The stock made a small roundtrip from the 18.XX$ after the better than expected earning report. The registration for sale is most likely majority owner RWE reducing their stake. They need some cash after the 10B Euro takeover of that Dutch utility company. The bullish case for AWK is that they have a large pipeline of rate cases due to the fact that increases were frozen for a couple of years when RWE was the sole owner. The other bullish case is that you could sell AWK stock every quarter for at least 22$. That's the number I playing this stock for.
