You said a mouthful bro... Longterm bullish % indices back at nosebleed overbought levels with the exception of the singularly lagging INDU. imo there will be a major rebalancing of the DJ30 as majors like GM, AXP, BAC and a couple other go away ... that's another story but it's my theory why this index isn't being bought as hard...

Seasonality models and important stuff like carolan's solunar model rolling over in the IT frames also...

We haven't even hit two quarters of outflows. So far it's less significant than either the 1987 or 2002 "bears". Seems rather unlikely, BWTFDIK.

EDIT: Just noticed that it doesn't have Q109 data. There were slight outflows in Q109, so I guess we've had three quarters of outflows.
