Trade, not armies "keep the world safe". Troubles are concocted by military complexes to keep the money pouring.

Globalization makes sure future will be directed by economic interests rather by gunboating. There surely be a few trobles here and there as some accounts need to be settled. Like the Argentineans getting the Malvinas Islands and such, but nothing to worry about.
