I have not reviewed the source document that McGee references and only have his statement to confirm the offer of Opterons. I do recall reading a discussion somewhere fairly recently that indicated the processors were Opterons but I can not find the source.

The McGee article states the Information is in a deposition followed by the characterization that the document is "plaintiff’s joint preliminary case" are a little confusing. Probably, the document is something like Plaintiffs' Joint Preliminary Statement Of Facts that recites deposition testimony or perhaps a deposition Exhibit.
