They wound up living in the streets, which explains the large number of homeless people, even though Democrats would have you believe that those are normal people who simply lost their jobs along the way." Those budget cuts were due to Reagan. He cut back on the programs that kept those with mental problems off the street. The author is a liar and a jerk......and never was a liberal.
