Confused as always. You still can't tell the difference can you. I never said it was evidence, in fact I said It is most definitely rumor

The AMD Complaint is not evidence. It is a set of allegations that were crafted by lawyers. Often Complaints are verified with a statement under oath that the recited facts are true but the AMD Complaint is not verified.
