Dear Pete, I think you've got ole Windsock pegged right but I'm a little disappointed in your unwillingness to fill us in on legal matters. A man of your expertise should have something to say to educate those here with no legal background. What are your thoughts on the EU decision and the likely declaration by Intel that the x86 license agreement has been violated by AMD? We need someone like you with your depth of knowledge of international law.

Pete, So where is the link to the document that states Opterons?

I recall several instances of the media or analysts talking out their .$$ about things they had no clue about. I think that is what happened.
