Joe,

I have spoken to the folks involved. The president of MVPH today told me the certificate number 2005 had been cancelled (his words) and the certificate has been replaced with another one for the purposes of making the distribution to all legitimate PRTI shareholders. Morgan wasn't one of them.

The reason Morgan has not submitted the certificate to the transfer agent for transfer to RMIL is because there won't be a transfer. RMIL is not in posession of the necessary documents (like a stock power) assigning that certificate to RMIL. And no one at RMIL has the authority to endorse that certificate, since it's made out to PRTI.

Bottom line: Morgan cannot claim this as an asset. It is a worthless piece of paper. It was cancelled in September. When was the 8-K filed?

The asset cannot be in two places at once. Right now it is long in the accounts of PRTI shareholders, Morgan not being one of them. Can he sue? Sure. Will he win? Seems a bit unlikely.

Riley knows about this. Why hasn't he posted it?
