Greater transparency and accountability wouldn't be a bad thing.

As Obama has found out, when it comes to national security, transparency isn't always a good thing.

We may as well dump plans for our weapons systems out on the Internet for all to see.

And the timing isn't good. MHO let it go a couple of years... we're looking a depression in the the face.
