Once again, it looks like the investigators are going after small fish. Yes, its important that improper conduct at the SEC be reviewed and stopped (wherever possible). I have to wonder how much effort and manpower is going into these small fish issues at the expense of much larger cases? Or is this just another way for the media to blow smoke at the small investor? Make it look like they are 'finally' cracking down on individuals at the SEC? ?
