You are just making that up.

"The difference between the Ds and the Rs on this is that the Rs know they have been truthful, while the Ds have lied. So, the Rs have nothing to fear of an investigation."

Then why are they fighting the Truth Commission?

The reality is the American people agree with what was done under the Bush administration and recognize that these tactics -- good or bad -- kept them safe for 7+ years.

If this is what Rs believe, why is Cheney so defensive on the subject?
