"- There could be at most six pours of water lasting ten seconds or longer — and never longer than 40 seconds — during any individual session."

Are ALL accountants pencil-necked bean counters like you? Because there WERE rules, do you think the torturers followed them? Do you think they had a pencil-necked bean counter with a stopwatch timing the "pours"? Checking the schedule and the calendar to be sure THIS torture session was within parameters?

Jack Bauer on "24" wouldn't put up with it - the BOMB would go off, dumbass!

"your claim of them lasting "minute" are obviously incorrect, and the amount of time obviously couldn't have totaled 3 hours."

Hair splitting. I didn't know the exact time and took a guess for convenience of calculation. As I noted. Ok, it was 40 seconds and not a minute. So that is a little over 2 hours.

Feel better?

And yes, I used 40 seconds because what would be the point of shorter times if he isn't talking?

"Unless, of course, you're now wanting to accuse the CIA, which meticulously documented the details of these interrogations, of lying."

No reason to. It is more precise to point out that you are spinning so fast you are screwing yourself into the crust.
