Joe, << missed point >> No need to convince me. I agree I missed your point. My background in disk drives is weak. When in semi's , I primarily focused on DAC and ADC designs. Product engineering and process yield improvements. I had minimal exposure to end user solutions. Optimization of released processes and test programs is where I spent most of my time. Also worked on CAD verification programs and design architecture for a number of years. SEG was a customer of ours. What I remember most is they milked old flows rather than designing to leading edge processes. Seems they didn't have the vision they would be challenged by aggressive newcomers. They remind me of T.I., the company I worked for when they became over-confident in the past. Believing they've had their wake up call I chose to invest in them. Hope I'm right! T2k
