I was just talking with a player on my USTA tennis team who moved to SLC from LA. We both miss being able to play tennis 18 hours a day, 363 days a year (two days of rain). We both agree that almost everything else about CA pretty much sucked. ESPECIALLY having to plan your time to accommodate traffic. Strangely enough, I miss some of the people.....Californians tend to be some of the freest people on the planet and they know how to play. What I don't miss is the driving. I gave up my 5 speed pickup because I would get muscle cramps from clutching. The place is a disaster waiting to happen. I worry I didn't get far enough away.
