A concept for revolutionary change described first by Mao Zedong in 1964/65 in The Little Red Book, and again by Saul Alinsky in 1971 in Rules For Radicals. The initial goal is to create chaos, confusion and much fear. They are the primers for acquiescence later. You assume Obama has economic awareness of what he's doing. I don't think he does. He is working on the socialists' assumption that the economy doesn't react to what government does. He will find out differently then we will see what really drives him.
