With the changes in cap and trade - free permits to begin - the deficit in the out years would be worse.

Payment for the welfare state is undefined. I fear it will be the welfare state first, payment concern later.

True costing would end the welfare state.

There we voided US issued, dollar-based script numerous times with no notice.

Went though that in Germany. Our Baumholder hookers would be frantically calling their boyfriends to get them to exchange the script they had.
