You would have a point if you weren't exaggerating to the level of dishonesty.

Intel (NSDQ:INTC) Wednesday filed a motion to dismiss all foreign business conduct claims in an antitrust suit filed by rival Advanced Micro Devices (NYSE:AMD).

The Santa Clara, Calif., chip maker's motion, filed in U.S. District Court in Delaware, asks that the claims of foreign misconduct be dismissed because they are outside federal jurisdiction.
