Through out something it isn't related, pretend it is a zinger, high fives all around, celebrate and go home victorious.

Wow...textbook projection....

"Oh wait....Castro is a purported communist and you all call me a communist."

I think this is the sort of thing that causes Tenchu et al to think that they 'win' so many of these discussions. Through out something it isn't related, pretend it is a zinger, high fives all around, celebrate and go home victorious. Leaving everyone else wondering "what just happened?"...

Exactly.

I guess that's what happens when your arguments are not based on substance and fact. Instead, you simply wing it. And they wonder why we call them wingers.

I can only speak for myself but I never think I have won anything here. Its all about the process for me, the reasoning toward greater understanding, clearer meaning, and purpose.

I can definitely see who the losers here are though. It's guys who completely ignore useful information, corrupt the context and purpose of discussion, or give up on thoughtful consideration and declare a win for themselves over some silly zinger.. like you and tejek did when I made the mistake of using the homophone "vale" instead of "veil".

Buy the way it is "Throw out something, which isn't related..." not "Through out something it isn't related..." not that it is a big deal or anything. Normally, I wouldn't mention it but it seems that sort of thing really counts with you guys. I could figure that out because I learned to use context clues in grade school, maybe you could ask your remedial reading teacher about it.
