Don't you find it odd that the EU would refuse to look at that testimony?

The cherry picked Intel testimony? No, I'm not surprised at all.

First of all, if they were to look at THAT evidence, they'd have to look at ALL of the US evidence. Gotta be fair, right?

Second: Don't you find it odd that Intel is unable to defend themselves against whatever the EC has against them without pulling in cherry-picked testimony from the US case?

Don't you find it odd that all you Intel folk are so convinced of your collective opinion that the EC has a shoddy process for assembling a case and that they are unaware of the need to defend their case in appellate court and what the impact that their decision being overturned would have on their reputation?

Don't you all have the slightest shred of common sense to tell you to moderate your rhetoric? I've heard of going out on a limb, but you guys are getting ridiculous.
