Hi Tomato, Sorry, but in order to have a vote you must have registered shares, either in your name or in the brokers name in trust, even if it's only 10 shares. Some companies will send you a proxy anyway, but they are not bound to, because, again, without the shares registered you can't vote anyway. As far as the annual report, most companies will mail you this, if they have you on their mailing list, either because you had phoned or e-mailed them, or requested to be on their mailing list.

Register a few shares for the future and then you will definitely get a proxy form. Also as I recall you were saying that it cost you too much for brokers fees and poor executions. Try Pennaluna in Idaho. Their website is below and they list the fees. Looks pretty reasonable to me, alot better than we get. They are very experienced in trading Canadian Stocks, been doing it for 70 years or so. Here is their website: www.pennaluna.com Check it out.

Cheers

Shirley

Dear Tomoto, I tried posting back on SI to you several times yesterday evening, but I've been having the same recurring problems with AOL service.

Well here goes:

I also received a response from Ms. Lynda Smith of the VSE yesterday afternoon. As I was having trouble with the AOL/SI combination, I took the liberty of posting some further concerns regarding WSP to her. The following is a partial: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subj: Re: Winspear Resources Ltd.

Dear Ms. Smith

Thank you for your response, concerning my complaint. I have traded stocks(primarily Canadian) for the past 5 years. This is the first time that I can recall not receiving my proxy.

It concerns me that although the AGM was called for in early June, the proxies that were received by shareholders, arrived within 7-10 days of the AGM on Oct 7. Many shareholders that did receive proxies would not have been able to get their proxies back in time, and the ones that did, certainly would not have had time to do due diligence on them.

The measures voted on have such a detrimental effect on current shareholders, that I find it hard to believe these measures passed. These measures amount to an insider windfall at shareholder expense.

I question the manner in which these proxies were distributed, how many arrived to be counted, and the way that they were counted.

Your help in these matters will be most appreciated.

Sincerely
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I know that many shareholders that did receive proxies, received them late. I find it hard to believe that many of you don't find the AGM final tallies the least bit suspicious. We have been subject to outraegeous behavior by management.

Please, if any of you either didn't receive your proxy, or if so, it wasn't received in a timely manner, then contact Lynda Smith at the above address, and voice your concerns. I think that she will be able to help us on this matter.

Sincerely

Surething
