It was always going to be decided by a court of law. In a few years it will be. Meanwhile Intel will make Billions, AMD will lose Billions and Europeans will pay more for Intel products.

Let me guess... No matter what is in the full text of the EC's decision, it won't matter, right? Because it's not Evidence(tm).

And if AMD starts gaining traction unexpectedly in the EU, it will be because Shanghai is such a great processor...
