This may have been posted before:

This bear was walking across Rainbow Bridge (Old Hwy 40 at Donner Summit,Truckee, Lake Tahoe) when a car also crossing the bridge scared the bear into jumping over the edge of the bridge. Somehow the bear caught the ledge and pulled itself to safety. Authorities decided that nothing could be done to help Saturday night so they returned Sunday morning to find the bear sound asleep on the ledge.

Shouldn't laugh...but couldn't help it....

A rubber band pistol was confiscated from algebra class because it was a weapon of math disruption.

For some reason, that brought me back years ago....to 9th grade Latin class....The boys loved to torment poor spinster teacher, Miss Sawhill....They passed and took turns using squirt guns in the classroom in the springtime. She got sooooooo upset one day, she was beyond herself with the distraction....she banged on the chalkboard with all the might her little fist could muster, and rushed out of the classroom in tears.

The principal had to come in to deal with the class until the bell rang....<gg>
