Was a good show. The fictional President joined the ranks of heros - when she decided to do the right thing and prosecute her own daughter. It was great acting as she was struggling between her duty and her impulses as a mother.

Tony's character can make anyone dizzy as he keeps changing back and forth between being a good guy and a monster. I suppose, it was necessary to have him fail to get his man. By killing innocent people he crossed the line. Apparently, getting shot and wounded by Jack is symbolic punishment, needed to help the viewer in accepting him in his future incarnation as a good guy (next season).... but... the character will probably remain that of a (semi)fallen angel... :)

I've started watching MI-5 on PBS on Thursday nights. To me, it's ten times better than 24. Or at least three maybe, they have several Jack Bauers, men and women.

And no commercials.
