Excellent step forward. This will mean the for auto-makers to meet these standards they will have to have a significant portion of their fleet using hybrid or fully electric technology or a move to clean diesel tech in order to achieve those average mpgs. It's very good news for our goal of oil independence and for my renewable energy portfolio.
