Ummm, Tim... seeing someone "snarling with hatred" is evidence of hate, NO?

Seeing someone as snarling with hatred is subjective, and doesn't prove or even very strongly indicate (esp. to third parties reading the account later) that there actually was hatred; and if there actually was feeling of hatred by someone involved. that doesn't imply "hate groups".

"Vigilantism" is a tactic used by hate groups... the KKK comes to mind. "Religious Vigilantism" was in direct quotes.

"Direct quote", doesn't mean much in the way of evidence. I can quote all sorts of false things if I care to do so.

Vigilantism was claimed but no evidence of actual vigilantism was provided.

As for "is a tactic used by hate groups", well beyond the point that there is no evidence that this tactic was used, its also a tactic used by others. Flanking attacks where a tactic used by the Nazi military. Does that mean that anyone who uses flanking attacking is a Nazi? Hardly.
