I read that flus affect Asians more than other races for some genetic reasons. That might be why it is exploding in Japan. China could be next. Who knows what's going on in China anyway?

We have enough flu problems here in the U.S. The CDC estimates the actual number of U.S. cases of swine flu is around 100,000 right now, even though only slightly over 6,000 have been confirmed.
