I think that you have a great slogan.

Public high school classes in California are very large -- between 30-40 students/class.

Currently there is a 20 student/class cap from 1st-3rd grade. Then there is no limit. Then Algebra I classes in 9th grade have a 20 cap, after that, no limit.

I'm sure that teaching a class with 38 students is very, very difficult.
