What 'case' is that?

(I don't recall advancing any particular case....)

I thought all I was doing was pointing out how things normally go in complicated federal corporate chapter 11s like this one when *massive* amounts of NEW CASH injections are required to prop-up the failed enterprise long enough for a Court-administered bankruptcy reorganization to actually happen.

The legal priority that Courts extend to whomever assumes the role of "debtor-in-possession".

(The typical 'Money talks and BS walks' paradigm that is applied in these situations....)

Nobody else (other then Uncle Sam - who was already the largest secured creditor) was willing to put up a dime so... "debtor-in-possession" for Uncle Sammy it is!
