Why Mahmoud, I'm flattered. Flattered to think that you are so convinced by my argumentation that I do have legal training, and do have access to the detailed INTC discount info... Despite my confessions to the contrary. Windsock, I merely defer to the not-yet-elaborated-upon yet effectively uncontested decision by the EC (shrill loudmouths here notwithstanding.) They say they have proof, they have the responsibility to make decisions that are not frivolous, and I have seen no reason not to take them at their word so far. fpg
