Mark, yesterday(last night) Shanghai was a beneficiary of
the HK cash. Not tonight however. Banks and their creditors
will probably have dibs to the money now. Should be floating
around in the interbank market looking for good credits.

That's what happened in Oct.'97. On Tuesday, Oct.20 the
Eurodollar rates fell 200 basis points in the 30 minutes
preceeding the 7:30 MERC opening back then. Short term rates
could tumble tomorrow. Good for refinancing with bullet ARM's.

Hey, everybody things aren't all bad...interest rates are
coming down! (Shallow gallows humor) :^(
