a rating of 3 means you killed 7 polar bears. ;) I'll give you 7 and raise you a dozen penguins.. :-) It's a California thing so you can blame Ahnold instead of Obama. I don't live in CA (just close, thankfully), but car dealers in adjoining states keep CA emission vehicles in stock so they can sell and trade across the border. I usually factory order a new car and specify federal smog, although now days it doesn't make much difference in most vehicles.. BTW, It will be fun to see how the MSM spins the CA tax initiative results that they're voting on today. There may be hope yet for the land of fruits and nuts.. :)
