Local guy on the radio claims B of A is going to start charging a 3% fee to direct deposit your pay check in a checking account there. Also 3% fees to use their on line bill paying service.

It's stupid not to do this. You have to figure that the price of goods reflects the cost of the credit card. Some people pay cash or debit, giving that percentage to the retailer. I don't know why.
