The stimulus program was to be targeted, timely and temporary! If it were targeted, timely and temporary the deficits would be far less in the out years. THEY ARE NOT. Let me hear you say it - deficits after 2010 belong to BARACK OBAMA who yield to Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid for a late, permanent and scattered stimulus program. Defend the out years! When the left loves their children more than they hate Bush - sanity will return to the Federal budget (credits to from to Gold Meir).
