What got me was there were projections of fuel savings in his own article but he rejected them for that big fat 100 million gallons per day number he made out of whole cloth.

And the GOP Budgets didn't even bother to include the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Look, all this left vs right stuff is an illusion. All of our leaders play these games. Obama is the first in a long time to start putting everything into the budget and forecasting out to a longer time horizon. That new transparency is a good thing, although it is shocking to see how much this country will bleed. But now that we know, we can all demand some real change from BOTH the left and the right.
