Well Brumar - I think Bush signed on to the firs 1.2 T for this year. The rest of the the 1.8 T belongs to Obama and company. The ear mark laden final budget resolution belongs to Obama. Other 2009 spending belongs to Obama. But remember - he promised to go through the budget line by line. He promised to pay for the welfare state by returning the Clinton tax rates to the top 2%. Lies and more lies. But hey - Barack is what he is because fools believe the lies. Bob
