It looks like an end run around Congress on regulatory reform. It doesn't make government smaller. It puts government directly under the control of those who sit on the board of directors of the Federal Reserve.

i've been thinking about this - what is amazing is that it has taken them so long to do this in america, not that they are doing it.

this kind if chit has been going on everywhere for as long as humans have been walking the planet.
