the other university they've told us about is University of Delaware. I'm not sure about the third.

the way I read it, all they're saying is the results "appear promising". So how much longer do we have to wait?

I agree that it's mostly a "placeholder" PR. However, I read it as more optimistic than cautious.

A skeptic might say that mere optimism without details, and with the ubiquitous safe harbor statement at the bottom, doesn't mean much. But I'm happy that they gave us that much.
