There probably is no evidence that's untainted by torture, Cheney having poisoned the well and all. I agree he should walk if that's the case, along with Dick and the rest being indicted for war crimes, to remind future administrations that's it's really not a good idea and all. But Jeez man, can you really see tv nation standing for that? Not only the screech monkeys but all the Please Mr Custer types would be screaming blue murder, and the only question would be whether he got assassinated before he got impeached or vice versa ... But hey, it's a democracy, right? Pressure your congresscritters to do the right thing. <g>
