Outstanding analysis! It's a real shame so few are able to put aside ideological blinders and examine the law and how it should be applied.

I knew a strange contradiction existed between military members being waterboarded for training and defining waterboarding as torture 100% of the time. There is no way the two can co-exist under the same umbrella in our language.
