Careful, now. You're getting perilously close to a key differentiation. So, you disagree that there are more ways of being "competitive" than product merit alone (features, quality, price, etc.)? After all, competition strictly on product merit is the basis of free market capitalism. Artificial barriers to entry are a de facto violation of that principle.

Or are you arguing that an entity with >75% share of the marketplace isn't capable of exerting "competitiveness" outside of product merit?
