The CIA misled Panetta too! ROFLMAO!! Kenneth neglects the part where Pelosi said she knew about the waterboarding but decided t get a majority in congress and a Democrat president before shemade her objections. That is on film lol That is called an admission of guilt and subsequent lying to cover it up. Obstruction oof Justice etc. He loves to point ut Red Herrings, but never really deals with facts. I think mainly because he just uses the talking points.
