But no-one has leveled a legitimate complaint against the ruling that isn't undermined by obvious misrepresentations of it.

They are criticizing the methodology because we still haven't seen the specifics or the evidence(despite CJ's claims). You don't need to know the specifics to criticize a kangaroo court.

Of course that is your personal opinion. Many of the statements supporting the kangaroo court ruling are legtimate lawyers, business, institutions, and if you haven't read them go over to ihub I have posted at least 8.
