Not having released the full text of the decision yet makes it a kangaroo court? Sorry, I don't follow your rationale. Explain it. I was using that as an example to show why it is possible to criticize methodology without needing to point to specifics, which we haven't seen yet. It is a little premature to call the EUC a kangaroo court. Clearly the criticism in those articles doesn't impress you. That's hardly a surprise but it does show that others have raised concerns over the power, methods and lack of due process used by the EUC.
