Gary Shapiro who wrote the article is the President & CEO of the Consumer Electronics Association. You can spit woof cookies all you want but CEA is not a captive of Intel. The CEA represents lots of OEM's who buy Intel processors and from AMD. It also represents retailers who sell computer products.

Your appeal to authority does not impress me; Gary evidently has a problem where he can't resist portraying his opinions as fact, as I pointed out in my response to his column. Oh, and his opinions line up 100% with Intel's.

I am not aware of a single OEM who has complained about receiving an Intel rebate.

I don't care what you are aware of.
