Internal memo to all FBN executives:

I received several voice mails today (during my mid-morning nap, my noon nap, and my mid-afternoon nap) regarding the IPO determination party. It seems that there is still some confusion as to when it will be held. Some of the callers said they didn't really care when it is, as long as we have another party like the one that we gave Friday night. You know ... the one I slept through?

One of the callers mentioned that he really enjoyed the wet T-Shirt contest that was held out on the back patio during the pinata breaking ceremony. Ted Pacitti's dog Rex got into the act by acting like the old Coppertone ad where the dog has ahold of the bikini bottom of a rather buxom young lass.

Whoever had the great idea of filling the pinata with pre-IPO shares deserves a bonus. I hear that there was pure pandemonium as all the attendees went diving for those worthless photocopies.

I'm sorry I missed out on the ceremony where we retired the only debt we had. That should make Janice over at S&L very happy, as a debt free company at IPO time should attract even more buyers. The distribution of those photocopied pre-IPO shares netted millions.

Anyway, back to the IPO date. It seems that the concensus of opinion is that we should go public on the day prior to Thanksgiving. That will give the market 4 days to react to the first day's action. So, our rumored date of Oct 31 will have to be pushed back.

Any comments from the executive staff?
