If you boot in to Windows on a Mac than your subject to Windows viruses. (But maybe your thinking of a virtual Windows setup, which if it gets infected, could probably just be deleted leaving the Mac intact)

Also Mac's aren't immune to viruses, just less susceptible (partially through the OS being more secure, and partially because the lower market share makes them less of a target)
