Jim, these are the same goons who sold a massive tax increase and $9 billion give away (looting the rainy day fund!) to the teachers' union as a "spending cap" and "rainy day fund."

you had to go to te middle of the booklet to read it was a tax increase.

they lie, cheat and steal to get paid more and more.

they outspent the prop 1A no side at least 5-1 and they still got routed. the teachers' union spent $2.7 million to get this thing passed so they could get a $9 billion pay day.

they spent $2.7 million on lies, but the people weren't fooled.

oh, and the teachers' union calls reductions in scheduled increases "cuts" as they wail and gnash teeth.

the government has declared war on the citizenry - and we can only take so much.

OT--jim, you can find that info as easily as i can by googling. despite the somewhat vague terms, the site i linked offers info that clearly questions sb's conclusions.

if you are interested in more info, you may want to use the california department of education site.

good trading!
