The public should show more love for children, families with two or more children should get the most favourable treatment in this country,” said Evgeny Yuriev, the president of the ATON Capital Group and an expert on Russia’s demographics. “The government should adopt this attitude and act accordingly. The goal here is to change this mindset."

Ahhh but for some truth. Russia's oligarchy is being met with disconnect. No matter what the statisticians attribute these data, folks are disconnecting from the subversive control mechanisms that have created this psychic dissemblage of values, and the love of or for children.

the love for mother russia is lost in the disconnecting.

the flight is toward reclamation of some hopeful values, which are not possible within the current holistic russian territory.

where hope springs eternal, degrees of freedom are present, and act in arbitration against systemic contrivance. Where degrees of freedom are subject to the whim of oligarchic largesse, hope withers and encourages the unloved to seek corridors, where a friendly hand might welcome them.

we do not need statisticians to understand the problem, nor will engaged mouthpieces be able to reshape these sentiments of the many hearts in cynical retreat, acting in the hope of enlightened self interest.
