That's because the BK judge did not rule in their favor. May be they should have taken the deal on the table before BK.

That's what Obama's team has been trying to strong-arm the secured bond holders into - using various threats. TARP has been the most obvious sledgehammer.

I am not sure what you are whining about........the investors were given a choice..take Obama's deal or go into BK court. They chose the latter. End of story.
