Bob, thanks a $$$$ for the report! It was wonderful news to hear - great record keeping. I had a big suspicion that most of us wouldn't have heard of THIS partner or that it wouldn't be as big as some were expecting... in my opinion, if it was going to be a BIG partner, it would have been a BIGGER order (like 2.5 is something to sneeze at ggg). I just hope that some people don't decide to sell just because it wasn't a BIG name... those will come soon enough! HOLD on to your shares everyone!!!!!!!! Mitch

So we are talking IPO of 120 Mill this is 40% of stock and FTEL will retain effective 180 Million in FNET. or approx $10 per outstanding FTEL share ?? AND we get 10% of FNET earnings. Am I completely off base here. Martin Smith

I'll also say this (MY opinion of course): The $120 million IPO money will go to FNET (NOT FTEL)... FTEL will retain 60% ownership of FNET... they don't get the money directly --- BUT FTEL will supply the equipment for FNET ... SO the money will come to FTEL indirectly. Is that clear as mud?
